The main aim of using hypnotherapy for weight loss is to re-educate your unconscious mind - the part that creates cravings and impulses. Giving you back real choice in what you eat and altering your thoughts and behaviours that are related to food and exercise.

You know that a real and permanent change in your weight only comes with a change in lifestyle, not through quick fix or fad diets that you can't possibly keep up. Through a tailored programme of hypnotherapy sessions you can create a positive mindset around healthy eating and exercise.

Investing in our hypnotherapy weight loss programme can lead to not just weight loss but also improved mental health, emotional resilience, and a healthier lifestyle. Everything you learn will start affecting your daily life too, making you more positive and rational about general day to day life.

In your first Hypnotherapy session we will gather lots of information regarding:

 

1.   Medical and lifestyle information

2.   Your current relationship with food, drink and exercise.

​

3.   The issues you feel hinder you from achieving your weight loss and weight maintenance goals. 

 

4.   Your motivation for losing weight

5.   What you see your target weight as

 

We then discuss what constitutes a healthy diet and ensure you’re on the right track. You can also keep a weekly food diary and we can discuss this too.

 

The Hypnotherapy-Weight Loss Program: £595 for 5 sessions
 

The fee includes:
Five intensive one-to-one sessions lasting approximately 1½ hours each

All support materiall; personal plan, nutritional information guide; recordings - to help reinforce the work we have done

The Program:
Your weight loss plan will be individually tailored to your specific needs. This program also follows a guided structure incorporating: solution focused motivation strategies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapeutic approach (CBT), and powerful Clinical Hypnosis.
Throughout your treatment we will explore the idea of 'emotional eating' and eating as a coping mechanism for stress and look at effective methods to combat this, should this be an issue for you. 

On-going Support for Your Weight Loss:


Further optional sessions are available on request in order to keep you on track and motivated, and to make any adjustments where necessary. These sessions are charged at £110 per 70 mins session. 

*Full payment is due at the end of the first session, cash or card payments.
